Which can Lead to Eating More Fat

Sure you know that excess fat is good for our health, and if you’re dieting is not about choosing not to consume but the quality of fats and control the amount ingested to achieve a balanced diet that benefits the operation of body.

Here what the excess fat can cause:

Hinder digestion: A high-fat meal is heavier, more indigestible and can cause discomfort after eating copious, therefore, best to limit fat in each meal and thus achieve a lighter meal, allowing us to remain active and without discomfort after it.

It makes us eat more: Fats have a high palatability, does not produce a lot of fullness and are easily storable energy, why, how much fat we eat, the more we want.

They are focusing on energy: fats increase the caloric density of the diet as they are the macronutrient that provides more calories per gram, therefore, a high intake of fats in the day may promote positive energy balance and thus lead to an increase weight.

With this invention seeks to reduce the incidence of skin cancer. “The software determines the maximum recommended exposure to solar UV radiation, including the use of protective creams for people with different skin types displayed at any time and day of the year,” he told EFE Ruben Piacentini, director of Institute of Physics of the Argentina’s Rosario city (IFIR), which developed the project.

According to Argentine newspaper Infobae, the system can be installed on any computer and was created with the collaboration of researchers from the University of Innsbruck, Austria, Argentina and the Foundation Skin Cancer.

How to use

For information, the user must enter your skin type, the kind of surface you are (sand, water or cement), time of day and geographic location in which you, as the height or snow can increase the risk of radiation by 60 percent.

BurnsBurns are a specific type of soft tissue injury. Occurs when the body receives more energy (heat, chemical or electrical) than it can absorb without injury.

Depth of burn: 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade.
Extent of burn: Percentage of body area affected.
Condition critical regions: Hands, feet, face and genitals.
Patient age: Under 2 years old or very old.
Overall health of the individual.

New device vigilance for nutritional supplements in France

In July 2009, Law Hospital, Patients, Health and Territories told the French Agency for Food Safety (AFSSA) “the implementation of the vigilance system on new foods, food supplements, foods that are subject to the addition of substances for nutritional or physiological as well as products intended for particular nutritional. An implementation decree will set the first half of 2010, the modalities of implementation of this system of care.

The agency began this mission with a pilot phase on the vigilance of nutritional supplements that should help better identify side effects associated with their consumption.

This system includes reporting by health professionals of adverse events among persons who consumed dietary supplements. Starting today, they can access the device vigilance on the site of the AFSSA.

Depending on the code of consumption, dietary supplements are subject to declaration to the Directorate for Competition, Consumption and Fraud Control (DGCCRF) which examines the composition and conducts checks like the other food categories. The regulations provide a positive list of ingredients gradually drawn up into their composition, currently focused on vitamins and minerals at European level, rolled out nationally by the maximum daily dose should not be exceeded and various substances such as plants.

Unlike drugs, the marketing of dietary supplements do not require individual authorization for placing on the market based on the evaluation of a dossier by a body of industrial expertise. The manufacturer is responsible for compliance placed on the market with the standards, security and non-misleading consumers.

NO. Is the consumption of excess calories which results in an increase in body weight. What if it happens, is that people who eat quickly turn usually eat more food.

Does salt fattening?

NO. Salt being a mineral, is heated (no calories). However, its intake can cause fluid retention in people with heart disease, kidney or liver. Fluid retention does not mean fat.

Are vitamin and mineral supplements increase our weight?

NO. None provides calories (energy).
