The high demand of health care encourages many stakeholders to make a new business in health care provider. They build hospital or pharmacy that will give them many profits as the return of their service. They build the health care with a complete facility that should be paid by a number of money by those. On the other side, to fulfill the demand of health care employee, many school or universities provide health department that provides the students with health care service skill that will be ready to work in health care institution after they are graduated.

Nevertheless, it is little bit ironic that in the reality we frequently find that many graduations cannot get the right job, that is suitable with the degree they take, e.g., engineer gets engineering jobs and pharmacist got pharmacy jobs, even those who have graduated from an outstanding university.

The common problem of this phenomenon is caused by the low quality of the education itself. Nowadays, many education institutions that concern more on the facility and ignore the quality of the education provided for the students. They just concern on how to promote the school and not how to prepare the students to be ready to enter the working world competition. At the end, only few of the graduation can get the job fast.
